All potential clients must undergo a qualification process. Submission of a contact form does not guarantee acceptance as a client. We reserve the right to decline services to any individual or organization at our discretion.

4. Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation services are provided on a per-lead basis with pricing varying by channel and qualification level. All leads are subject to verification and quality standards. Refunds may be provided for leads that do not meet agreed-upon criteria.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rollinghills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. For lead generation services, payment is typically required upon delivery of qualified leads. Late payments may result in service suspension.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
